Easy and fast application
1. Easy WealthPlus Endowment Plan is offered for a limited period and on a limited quota basis, and its availability is at the discretion of FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (“FWD”). FWD reserves the right to decline applications for this plan with a full refund of any premium paid and any insurance levy paid without interest.
2. From March 9 to March 31, 2026, you can enjoy additional 2.3% premium discount of single premium upon application of Easy WealthPlus Endowment Plan, guaranteed maturity return of up to 4.3% p.a. after such premium discount. Terms and conditions apply. The guaranteed maturity return has been rounded to one decimal place and is calculated based on the single premium paid and the maturity benefit (which is equal to 100% of notional amount less any indebtedness (if any)).
3. After the end of 1st policy year and the insured is alive, you can apply in writing to change the insured. Any change to the insured must fulfill FWD’s relevant policies and procedures as determined in FWD’s sole discretion from time to time. Any change of the insured will not have any effect on the notional amount, guaranteed cash value, policy years or benefit terms. The age of new proposed insured should fulfill the issue age (age next birthday) age 1 (15 days) – age 80. The new insured must have an insurable interest with the policy owner.
4. Any nomination of the contingent insured must fulfill FWD’s relevant policies and procedures as determined in FWD’s sole discretion from time to time. The age of the contingent insured at the time of application should fulfill the issue age (age next birthday) age 1 (15 days) – age 80. Only one person can be named as the contingent insured each time. The contingent insured must have an insurable interest with the policy owner. Upon the death of the insured, the contingent insured will become the insured subject to FWD’s approval based on relevant policies and procedures as determined in FWD’s sole discretion from time to time. The contingent insured should be alive and fulfill the issue age requirement and have an insurable interest with the policy owner upon FWD’s approval.
5. Any nomination of the contingent policy owner must fulfill FWD’s relevant policies and procedures as determined in FWD’s sole discretion from time to time. The age of the contingent policy owner at the time of application should be higher than the minimum age determined by FWD. Only one person can be named as the contingent policy owner each time. Upon the death of the original policy owner, the contingent policy owner will become the policy owner subject to FWD’s approval based on relevant policies and procedures as determined in FWD’s sole discretion from time to time and that the contingent policy owner is alive.

Ping An Digital Bank (International) Limited (Insurance Intermediary License No: [GA1067]) (“Ping An Digital Bank”) is the appointed insurance agency of FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) ("FWD Life"), to distribute life insurance products in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Relevant life insurance products are the products of the insurance companies but not Ping An Digital Bank. The above life insurance product(s) is/are issued and underwritten by FWD Life. Each life insurance plan is a long term insurance plan with a savings element, and is neither a bank deposit nor a bank savings plan with free life insurance coverage. Part of the premium pays for the insurance and related costs. The premium paid is not a placement of a savings deposit with a bank and hence is not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong. FWD Life reserves the right to decide at its sole discretion to accept or decline any application for life insurance product according to the information provided by the proposed Insured and the customer at the time of application.
Ping An Digital Bank's role is limited to distributing insurance products of FWD Life only and Ping An Digital Bank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the provision of the insurance products and shall not be liable regarding all disputes arising from or in connection with the terms and conditions of the insurance products.
Ping An Digital Bank will not render you any legal, accounting or tax advice. You are advised to check with your own professional advisor for advice relevant to your circumstances.
Add-on plan (if any) is an add-on coverage for this insurance plan with additional premium payment requirement. Ping An Digital Bank does not distribute any add-on plan; therefore, you cannot apply for the add-on plan through Ping An Digital Bank. If needed, you can contact FWD Life Customer Service Centre for inquiry after the policy is issued by FWD Life.
In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Ping An Digital Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Ping An Digital Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer. However, any dispute over the contractual terms of the life insurance product should be resolved between FWD Life and the customer directly. The relevant product materials and information is intended to be distributed in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) for reference only, and shall not be construed as an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer or recommendation to purchase or sale or provision of any insurance product in or outside Hong Kong.
Claims under this insurance plan must be made by you to FWD Life directly. You can obtain the appropriate claim form by calling FWD Life Customer Service Hotline (852) 3123 3123 in Hong Kong or visiting www.fwd.com.hk or any FWD Life Customer Service Centre. For details, please refer to the policy contract provided by FWD Life.
The information you disclosed in response to all FWD Life’s questions must be true, complete and correct. Failure to disclose true, complete and correct information to FWD Life may render FWD Life unable to accept or process your application or the policy void.
You are reminded to carefully review the relevant product materials provided to you and be advised to seek professional / independent advice when considered necessary.
For the benefits and returns stated in the product brochure and Important Notes, please note that the policy owner is subject to the credit risk of FWD Life. If the policy owner discontinues and / or surrenders this policy in early policy years, the amount of benefits he / she may receive may be considerably less than the total premiums he / she has paid. Any projected and / or potential benefits with non-guaranteed returns (e.g. annual dividends, terminal dividend, interests) presented in the product brochure are not guaranteed and are for illustrative purposes only. The actual future amounts of benefits and / or returns may be lower than or higher than the currently quoted benefits and / or returns.
Apart from the key product risks mentioned in product brochure, you are also reminded of the following risks, including but not limited to:
1.Liquidity risk – this insurance plan is designed to be held over the long term. You should only apply for this insurance plan if you intend to pay the premium for the whole of the premium payment term. If you fail to pay the premium for the whole of the premium payment term, this will cause the policy to lapse or to be terminated earlier than the original policy term, and the total surrender value (if any) that you may receive may be less than the total premiums paid.
2.Risk from surrender – if you cancel the policy before the end of the policy term, you may suffer a significant loss, and the total surrender value you may receive may be substantially less than the total premiums paid.
3.Non-guaranteed dividend scale (if applicable) – non-guaranteed benefits are based on the dividend scale of FWD Life determined under the current assumed investment return. The actual amount payable may change anytime with the values being higher or lower than those being projected. In other words, a change in the current assumed investment return will affect the annual dividend and terminal dividend you may receive. Under some circumstances, the non-guaranteed benefits may be zero.
